A new year and a new chapter for us all as we continue our fitness journey together. We are excited to now be delivering our unique brand of classes and sessions exclusively at Shrewsbury’s award winning health club The Shrewsbury Club.

Formerly known  as Love Fitness, our innovative class programme continues within the existing timetable and luxury facilities of the club exclusively for members. Sessions will get your body moving, your pulse racing and make working out, the new going out!

With over 25 classes per week in addition to 70+ existing classes on the Shrewsbury Club timetable, state of the art gym, virtual classes, luxury changing rooms, pool and spa area, this is the only place to be if you love fitness.

High quality coaching, exceptional customer service and professionalism are at the heart of our business and we are proud to bring a fresh style of fitness to Shrewsbury.

Class Descriptions



A 45min session that will sculpt and reshape your body. Designed to develop speed, strength & fitness, Reshape will change the way you train. Cardio Training on the bikes & bags using simple training methods combined with Resistance Training on the kettlebells & TRX to give muscular strength making this class a must for those who are looking to get leaner



We don’t spin, we ride. 30 minute and 45 minute sessions. Using proven and structured training plans, our sessions will improve cardiovascular fitness in no time. Whether you are training for an event, are on a fat loss programme or just want to be fitter, our bike classes will burn calories in record time. With the music banging and the legs pumping, this class is a great way to get fit fast!



Get ready to fight fat in an explosive 45 minute workout with HIIT training at it’s heart. Kettlebell conditioning, fitness drills, boxing techniques and giving all you’ve got on the punch bags! With a range of Kettlebells to suit all levels of ability and timed sets of exercise, this class gives you the opportunity to build your intensity level or push yourself to the max. Let the battle commence! Look out for Live DJ sets on Thursday night sessions too!


‘Lift’ introduces an element of strength and conditioning to the the indoor workout formats. With a focus on controlled safe weight lifting you will learn basic and more advanced lifting techniques with the olympic bars and kettle bells. Combined with some body weight and core exercises this will add a new dimension to your training which you will love!



Hot Yoga

Focus your mind and body whilst improving strength, flexibility, energy levels and feelings of well-being with our range of Yoga classes. The heated room allows you to go a little more deeply and safely into the postures as you follow the set sequence and begin to notice progression each week. Expect to sweat, work hard but feel invigorated at the end.



Kettlebells is a complete all over body workout which will raise your metabolic rate skywards. It’s structured, it’s simple to follow, and it’s a great conditioning session. Fat burning just got real simple…one piece of equipment, one goal, this program delivers a lean, toned body.


Cardio core

Combining interval sets on the bike with structured and timed abdominal/core exercises, Cardio Core is a great way to develop fitness in and out of the saddle whilst focusing on technical aspects of core stability. A great introduction to using the Stages cycling bikes and ensuring safe effective core training.




A new addition for the September timetable, Metabolic conditioning or Metcon will add variety and a new challenge to your weekly routine. Offering a change in format to other classes, you will work in pairs, small groups or even alone to complete a set of exercises working to a variety of targets with the tunes on and the instructor demonstrating/motivating. Metcon will include formats such as EMOM (every minute on the minute) and AMRAP (As many reps as possible). Using body weight, TRX, Kettlebells, Barbells and even short bike efforts this is a great HIIT (High intensity interval training) session maximising the use of time but maintaining the ability to cater for all.


Power Hour

Make working out the new going out! Power Hour brings you a structured session with elements from Reshape, Battle and Lift…a great way to finish your week or kick start your weekend with that extra 15 mins of hard work!



Bootcamp & Caveman Training

Shrewsbury’s original  bootcamp training sessions continue in the great outdoors. Combining basic strength exercises with some high intensity intervals helping you will get leaner, fitter and stronger…whatever the weather, all year round!

In this full body workout you can expect a fast fun filled session with  circuit style format plus the occasional twist to keep you on your toes! Bootcamp sessions will involve a range of innovative body weight exercises and use of some of the outdoor equipment. Caveman sessions are open to anyone and will include giant tyre flips, sledge hammers, rope slams and more all making for a great session in the great outdoors.

Pay as you go available for Bootcamp and Caveman sessions only. £6 per session, first session is FREE.


Personal Training

Simon and Tom have a wealth of experience in the fitness industry and offer a fuss-free and flexible service, catering for all your fitness needs. One-one or small group training sessions are a proven method for achieving goals, maximising use of workout time and reaching your true fitness potential.

Bespoke sessions: One-off, specialised sessions to help you kick-start your fitness routine, develop technique or help you achieve specific fitness goals. £35 per session.

Weekly sessions: Motivating, fun and innovative sessions giving you the tools and knowledge to lead an active and healthy lifestyle. Weekly sessions improve your fitness and help you develop an understanding of the most effective and efficient activities for your body. Includes regular health checks and progress reports. 4 sessions for £130

Special Offer: An intensive Personal training course to kick-start your fitness. Designed to help you get ready for a special event, holiday, wedding or reach a specific fitness goal. A great way to lose weight and get in shape fast. £300 for 10 sessions.
