Our innovative class programme will get your body moving, your pulse racing and make working out, the new going out. With over 35 classes per week from 6am-8pm daily, Open Studio time in between classes,  high quality coaching, exceptional customer service and professionalism at the heart of our business, we are bringing a fresh style of fitness to Shrewsbury.

Class Descriptions

An exercise programme exclusive to Love Fitness designed to develop strength, speed, fitness, flexibility and muscle tone. The ‘Total Workout’  will change the way you train. Sessions will include a cardio HIIT element using the world renowned Wattbike. Timed intervals and measurable pace/power will allow you to monitor  your effort and see real time progression.  Combined with bodyweight exercises, plyometric movements, kettlebell, TRX and core training and time to attack the punch bags! this unique conditioning class will get results.

Wattbikes are the leading tool on the market for monitoring, measuring and improving fitness.

Regardless of your experience on a bike or current fitness level, our group cycling sessions will give you an insight into data related progression and you will be hooked! Structured sessions lasting between 30-60 mins will include interval training, speed drills, recovery rides, fitness testing and optional data sharing/fun races on the big screen.

Advanced instructors Tom & Simon will lead the sessions on and off the bikes, coaching on the basic fitness principles as well as pedal technique and more technical analysis. Cycling shoes are an advantage, padded cycling shorts are highly recommended!

Battle is fast becoming the flagship class of Love Fitness. Get ready to fight fat in an explosive 45 minute workout with HIIT training at it’s heart. Kettlebell conditioning, fitness drills, boxing techniques and giving all you’ve got on the punch bags! With a range of Kettlebells to suit all levels of ability and timed sets of exercise, this class gives you the opportunity to build your intensity level or push yourself to the max. Let battle commence!

A new class for the Winter timetable, ‘Lift’ introduces an element of strength and conditioning to the the indoor workout formats. With a focus on controlled safe weight litting you will learn basic and more advanced lifting techniques with the olympic bars and kettle bells. Combined with some body weight, core exercises and short Wattbike efforts this class will add a new dimension to your training which you will love! Suitable for all

Focus your mind and body whilst improving strength, flexibility, energy levels and feelings of well-being with our range of Yoga classes.

Power Yoga introduces poses, posture, flows and an essential balance to your weekly workout schedule.

Hot yoga is a more vigorous session but the heated room allows you to go a little more deeply and safely into the postures. Expect to sweat, work hard but feel invigorated at the end.

Barre Yoga incorporates ballet, pilates and yoga. Small pulsing movements, balances, posture and light resistance work all make for a strength and toning session suitable for all.

Primal Movement is an innovative fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground-based movement with elements from various bodyweight-training disciplines like gymnastics, capoeira, acrobatics, dance and martial arts to create a fun, challenging workout emphasising multi-planar, fluid movement. Whether you’re an extreme athlete or just looking to get fit – Primal Movement is for everyone who wants to get into their peak physical condition and have fun while doing it.

Shrewsbury’s only purpose built facility dedicated to bootcamp training. Combining basic strength exercises with some high intensity intervals you will get leaner, fitter and stronger.

In this full body workout you can expect a fast fun filled session with  circuit style format plus the occasional twist to keep you on your toes! Bootcamp sessions will involve a range of innovative body weight exercises and use of some of the outdoor equipment. Caveman sessions are open to anyone and will involve Deadlifts, tricep dips, suspension trainer pull-ups, jump squats, giant tyre flips, sledge hammers, rope slams and log presses all making for a great session in the great outdoors. Plus you’ll get a sneak preview/access to part of the Ultimate Obstacle Course.

No need to book this class, plus a £6 pay as you go option applies for outdoor sessions.. Just turn up and workout!

 

Open studio gives members even more access to luxury facilities and equipment. Missed a class, fancy a quick lunchtime workout or an extra session on a Wattbike, then take a look at the timetable and drop in to use the Love Fitness Studio anytime within ‘Open Studio’ time slots. Workouts of the week displayed, luxury changing rooms available, qualified instructor onsite to assist and advise. Wattbike reservations also available.

Simon and Tom have a wealth of experience in the fitness industry and offer a fuss-free and flexible service, catering for all your fitness needs. One-one or small group training sessions are a proven method for achieving goals, maximising use of workout time and reaching your true fitness potential. Based in a purpose built, state of the art gym on the Love2Stay resort, Personal Training is available to members and non-members.

Bespoke sessions: One-off, specialised sessions to help you kick-start your fitness routine, develop technique or help you achieve specific fitness goals. £35 per session.

Weekly sessions: Motivating, fun and innovative sessions giving you the tools and knowledge to lead an active and healthy lifestyle. Weekly sessions improve your fitness and help you develop an understanding of the most effective and efficient activities for your body. Includes regular health checks and progress reports. 4 sessions for £130

Special Offer: An intensive Personal training course to kick-start your fitness. Designed to help you get ready for a special event, holiday, wedding or reach a specific fitness goal. A great way to lose weight and get in shape fast. £300 for 10 sessions.
