January Early Bird Bootcamps – My favorite time to train!
UFE Personal Trainer Tom Meehan – leading by example!
Get up and get on with it, that’s the best advice I can give you. Eating a light breakfast and hour or two before or just refueling with a good breakfast afterwards is up to you. Treat yourself to some poached eggs on granary toast after a morning workout and you’ll be ready to face your day.
Getting out in the fresh air for a run, bike ride, personal training session or a Boot Camp workout is the best way to start your day. Shrewsbury and the Shropshire hills offer an amazing playground for exercising outdoors, but wherever you are in the world, open your eyes and use your body and nature as your gym.
Everyone is different and it’s important to work at an appropriate level for your current fitness. Bootcamps are a great way to introduce variety and new techniques into your workout. Exercise needs to be fun, motivating and varied. Personally I like to have a goal when i’m training, go quicker, last for longer, push an extra repetition, feel that little bit more exhausted! I guess that’s in my competitive nature to challenge myself, but also set an example that you can strive to be that little bit better at everything we do!
Exercising in the morning at Shrewsbury Bootcamps or Personal Training anywhere in Shropshire with us will help you feel positive about the day ahead, that you’ve achieved something already before 7:00 am in the morning!
