Based in Shrewsbury as Personal Trainers for several years, Simon and Tom have developed a great understanding of what people want and what they need in order to fulfill their health and fitness goals, the answer… the ‘Ultimate Fitness Experience’!

Tom Meehan

(Ultimate Fitness Experience – Director)

Since graduating from Sheffield Hallam University, I have gained valuable experience in the sports, health and fitness industry. I am now based in Shrewsbury and the surrounding areas and my personal training clients include people from all walks of life, with all sorts of goals.

I am committed to helping people reach new levels of fitness, giving them the tools and knowledge to become more active and healthy. Sessions are designed to suit your needs and experience, ensuring you achieve your goals in a safe and fun environment. Recent clients achievements have included general strength and fitness gains, sustainable and continued weight loss and sports/event specific preparation.

You’ll catch me teaching early morning Insanity Bootcamps, Thursday nights and Saturday mornings Caveman sessions, delivering outdoor Personal Training sessions and organising the Shropshire Mud Run Series.

Simon Macdonald

(Ultimate Fitness Experience – Director)

Having gained a Sports & Business degree from the University of Liverpool,  I have pursued a career in the fitness industry,  gaining a wealth of experience since moving to Shropshire from Liverpool in 2005.

I am very passionate about getting people fit and, having developed a good personal training client base, I am looking for more challenges to develop me further. I have a vast experience in all aspects of health and fitness including strength, weight loss, pre/post natal exercises, general and sports fitness training.

I am a great motivator and believe that what you put in is what you get out.

Catch me at Caveman training sessions and Personal Training at our outdoor private site in Shrewsbury and organising the Shropshire Mud Run Series.

Having recently re-kindled my love for running and athletics I am now finding time to balance family life, work and some committed hard training!
