OUR
Classes

Boutique fitness classes at The Shrewsbury Club.

Our classes will leave you feeling exhilarated, exhausted and ready to return for more.

Ride
Structured sets of tempo rides, interval training and sprint finishes. With the music banging and the legs pumping, this class is a great way to get fit fast!
Metcon
Metcon includes formats such as EMOM (every minute on the minute) and AMRAP (As many reps as possible).
Using body weight exercises, Kettlebells and short bike efforts this is a great HIIT session maximising the use of time but maintaining the ability to cater for all.
Reshape
Punch and pedal your way to new levels of fitness, with conditioning sets including kettlebells, TRX suspension training and bodyweight exercises.
Lift
Add a new dimension to your training with a focus on controlled safe weight lifting. Learn basic and more advanced lifting techniques to help challenge and develop overall strength and conditioning.
Kettlebells
A structured, simple to follow great conditioning session. With timed sets and a wide variety of exercises to suit all levels, you 'll feel motivated and challenged in every session.
Power Hour
Make working out the new going out! Power Hour brings you a structured session with elements from Reshape, Battle and Lift…a great way to finish your week or kick start your weekend with that extra 15 mins of hard work!
Hot Yoga
Focus your mind and body whilst improving strength, flexibility, energy levels and feelings of well-being. The heated room allows you to go a little more deeply and safely into the postures as you follow the set sequence and begin to notice progression each week. Expect to sweat, work hard but feel invigorated at the end.
Battle
A combination of cardio and conditioning with fitness drills and giving all you’ve got on the punch bags. Look out for Live DJ sets on Thursday night!

Cardio Core
Combining interval sets on the bike with timed abdominal/core exercises, Cardio Core is a great way to develop fitness in and out of the saddle whilst focusing on technical aspects of core stability.
Bootcamp & Caveman Training
Do it outdoors! Combining basic strength exercises with high intensity intervals.
Whatever the weather, all year round!
Bootcamp sessions involve a range of body weight exercises and use of some of the outdoor equipment. Caveman sessions are open to anyone and include tyre flips, sledge hammers, rope slams and much more!
Pay as you go available for Bootcamp and Caveman sessions only £6 per session, first session is FREE.
